hi,
I have been having daily uncomforts and pains in my joints, fingers are stiff and so are my knees and my neck region. Now after I did some lifting of bags, my shoulder also pains. The knees pain when i use the stairs and drive the car! The fingers pain when i ride the bike, use the comp etc.
Is it arthritis? I am scared! Does it mean, i cannot do things like a normal person? I am only 30yrs old.

| Arthritis is a possibility, but it can only be confirmed after a thorough check-up by a doctor. You should immediately see a Orthopedist or Rheumatologist. Whether you will be able to do things like any other normal person, can only be determined after the evaluation and diagnosis. In some cases, you may have to be on medication for quite sometime. In other cases, medication may not be of much help. I wish there was a straightforward answer for your situation, but that's not the case. There are many different possibilities and only a proper checkup by a doctor can pinpoint the problem.
