I was diagonised to have mild MVP by your clinic by peforming ECG & TMT & Echo.

I would like an cardiologist to provide his expertise comments on what a person with MVP should do and not to do.

Regards,
Sandeep

Mild MVP is generally not serious, not much restriction is required. Eat a nutritionally complete and well balanced diet, drink lots of water, take less sugar, and excercise. You should periodically get checked to ensure there is no worsening of the condition.
